Hey guys, strong work with Fullcast Podcast. You’ve set out the foundation for a worthy show, and I cannot wait for more. I do have a comment, and a rather strongly felt belief, concerning those types you mentioned who consider most of us podcast novelists as ‘hobbyists’. I know generally which authors you are referring to, and I would advise them to basically get over themselves. I am not certain commercial success is the mark of anything wonderful in creative writing. Do we all want to write as poorly as the commercially successful authors one can purchase at Costco or an airport shop? I know many of us to be a whole heck of a lot better writers than the likes of James Patterson, Alice Sebold, or Dan Brown. Also, those who would cast stones are not very good themselves, objectively. Without naming names on your show, I wouldn’t purchase one of their books, they are actually worth exactly free. Three cheers for all us hobby players! We can exhibit our works, make new and fast friends, and have bragging rights to being almost famous. What more can one ask for?
My name is Nicole Hall and I am writing you today about a fabulous author and speaker that I think would be a perfect fit for one of your podcasts.
Her name is Dara Beevas. In addition to serving as the Vice President of an award-winning publishing company, Dara is an author herself, as well as a speaker, coach, editor and blogger. During her decade-long career in publishing, Dara has helped more than 300 authors publish their books. She knows the ins and outs of taking people’s passion and knowledge, and effectively sharing it with the world in the form of a book.
Dara’s own book, The Indie Author Revolution, was released this fall. The whole process of taking her own book from idea to printing has made her even more passionate about helping others learn how they can share their own story with the world, create income and further enhance their reputations by publishing their own book.
If you would like to know more about Dara or her availability to speak, please contact me as soon as possible, as
I am in charge of managing her speaking calendar and coordinating the details of her appearances.

Your conversations on amateurs versus professional has lead me to consider what I can offer to the creative community.
